Position Summary

Overall responsible for all aspects of the Security of the plant, employees, and the property

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• He will have dotted line reporting to Head of Security on all security related aspects & will keep him in loop in all e‑mail correspondence related to Security functions and operations.
• Communicate with Head of Security regarding security operations, events, incidents, concerns of Security Team members, recommendations, staffing needs, etc. on daily / as required basis.
• Compliance with management requirements / directives and statutory compliances.
• Conduct security risk assessments of site and advise site management on mitigation measures / strategy.
• Prepare & implement Site Security Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and local SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) based on the company Security Manual.
• Periodic review of Site Security Plan, local SOPs and associated procedures.
• Ensure regular conduct of Security Training. Maintain training tracker and training attendance record.
