Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Order to Cash Sr Specialist to analyze, design, implement and support SAP OTC processes within our organisation. The ideal candidate will use their knowledge of SAP OTC to ensure the seamless integration of order management, pricing, billing, and accounts receivable processes while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

What will you do in this role
  • Serve as SME in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes including order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and receivables.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into SAP functional designs and solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure end‑to‑end OTC processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and SAP best practices.
  • Configure and customize SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and other relevant modules to meet the needs of the business.
  • Accountable for data migration, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance in the OTC.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP OTC related issues, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT policies, standards, and audit requirements.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training on delivered capabilities to business and IT peers.
What Should you have
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working with SAP, including strong configuration expertise in SAP SD processes.
  • Proven experience in SAP Order to Cash implementations, upgrades, and support in large‑scale environments.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams and global teams in complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Knowledge of EDI, IDOCs, BTP and APIs for OTC integrations.
  • Understanding of tax integration (e.g., Thomson Reuters) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively and participating in various project phases, including Solution Design, Testing, Cutover, and Go‑Live.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Background in the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with project management / testing tools such as JIRA, HP/ALM, X‑Ray or ServiceNow.
  • Experience in SAP S/4 – a plus.
