Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the distribution channel & optimize sales in the territory.
  • Expand the dealer infrastructure and appoint new channel partners.
  • Monitor competition strategies and actions.
  • Handle sales promotion schemes with retailers.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of Retailers/Dealers.
  • Enhance brand visibility and recall through regular campaigns.
  • Develop and promote the brand.
  • Manage working capital effectively.
  • Organize merchandise at major counters.
  • Ensure proper product display and visibility.
Job description

1.Effectively manage the distribution channel & optimize sales in the territory.

2.Expanding the dealer infrastructure and appointing new channel partners in untapped markets and ensuring volume and market share growth in the given territory.

3.Keeping a close watch on competition strategies & actions & working out counter measures.

4.Handling sales promotion schemes in association with retailers.

5.Evaluating effectiveness of Retailers/Dealers in meeting the customer requirements.

6.Enhancing brand visibility and recall through regular campaigns in association with marketing department.

7.Developing/Promoting the Brand Voltas.

8.Managing Working Capital effectively.

9.Organize merchandise at major counters.

10. Ensure proper product display and visibility.
