You will supervise line workers, train new hires, maintain procedures, and coordinate between teams to drive continuous improvement. BE Mechanical with 10+ years' experience preferred.

Role Definition

Oversees and coordinates the activities of a large power diesel Genset production line, prepares schedules, resolves issues, and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards.
