We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our regional Procurement Finance team . This is a Business Finance and partnering role supporting multiple markets and manufacturing locations, with significant interaction across Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance leadership .
The role will provide financial leadership across key business cost drivers including raw & packaging materials, commodities, forex, productivity and working capital , translating these into meaningful P&L insights and business actions .
The role reports to the Procurement Finance Director and will lead a team of 2–3 Finance professionals
Partner with senior Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders across multiple markets and manufacturing locations .
Lead strategic planning, annual planning, forecasting and performance review cycles for the supported businesses.
Analyse raw & packaging material spends, commodity and forex movements , and translate their impact into business and P&L implications.
Own and manage the end-to-end Raw & Pack material cost agenda for the relevant BU/cluster/market, including forecasting, performance management and delivery of P&L outcomes.
Partner closely with Commodity Management, Procurement and Finance teams to assess commodity-related exposures, risks and opportunities, and drive appropriate actions to protect business profitability
Support commodity and Forex hedging through derivative instruments and analyse their implications on P&L .
Identify key risks and opportunities , challenge assumptions and provide financial recommendations to support business decisions.
Partner with teams on productivity and cost-saving initiatives , including financial validation, tracking and governance.
Analyse material-cost and purchase-price variances and provide insights into key performance drivers.
Lead month-end performance reviews and ensure high-quality management reporting .
Drive strong financial controls, governance and adherence to company policies and standards.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate Finance processes and analytics.
Lead, coach and develop a team of 2–3 Finance professionals .
8 plus years of relevant Finance experience, preferably within an FMCG, consumer or manufacturing environment .
Experience managing a team is preferred
CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
Strong experience in Business Finance, Commercial/Sales Finance, Category Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Plant/Operations Finance, Procurement Finance or FP&A .
Strong understanding of P&L, cost drivers, financial planning, forecasting and performance management .
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate financial information into clear business insights.
Demonstrated business partnering and stakeholder influencing capability .
Ability to work effectively across multiple markets and within a complex matrix organisation .
Experience in leading teams or significant workstreams.
SAP/ERP exposure would be advantageous.
This is a high-impact regional Finance role offering exposure to multiple markets, senior leadership and some of the most significant drivers of business profitability .
