Job summary

A leading automotive and farm equipment company is seeking a Project Management Professional to oversee critical processes and improve project reviews. The ideal candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech degree, along with 8-10 years of relevant experience in managing project timelines, generating MIS reports, and resource planning for R&D projects. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to ensure successful project execution and escalation management.

Qualifications

• Graduation in B.E/B.Tech is mandatory.
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Central Custodian for SNPD process with responsibilities in standardization and digitization.
• Manage project timelines, including formation and revisions.
• Generate central MIS for quarterly management reporting.
• Prepare project metrics for performance management system.
• Plan R&D resources for various projects.
• Define and improve the project review structures.
• Drive project reviews and escalate issues as necessary.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Central Custodian for SNPD process - Standardization, Process Updates and Digitization
• Central custodian for Project timelines – formation, revisions and Milestone Management
• Central MIS generation for Quarterly management reporting on Projects
• Preparation of project metrics for PMS
• R&D resources planning for projects
• Defining and improving Structure of Project reviews – CEO reviews, Product Council , Launch Council
• Driving projects reviews across levels – (Schedule, Agenda, Participants and Minutes)
• Driving Red alerting on projects and escalations on Project criticalities.
