Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable, high-performance .NET Core applications

Define and enforce engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices

Drive adoption of modern architectures including microservices and cloud-native solutions

Lead and mentor cross-functional full-stack teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and clients to align solutions with business goals

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in planning and execution

Architect and oversee development using:

.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API

React JS and modern frontend frameworks

Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
