Job summary

Schneider Electric in Chennai is seeking a Manager End to End Flow Controller to optimize supply chain operations from start to finish. You will monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with suppliers and production teams to ensure seamless material flow across the supply chain.

You will drive inventory optimization, coordinate planning tools and execution, and lead cross-functional teams to reduce lead times and costs while maintaining quality and compliance.

• Inventory Management—developing level; balancing stock levels to meet demand without excess
• Planning Tools—developing level; using systems to forecast and align supply chain activities
• Sales Inventory and Operations Planning—developing level; aligning sales forecasts with inventory and production plans
• Short Interval Management—developing level; monitoring real-time performance to address issues proactively
