Job Description

• Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the CEO, restaurant management and staff.
• Partner with Restaurant Managers to plan and execute sales building activities that will build relationships, which will increase customer count, check average, and sales.
• Deploy web, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and other communications effectively.
• Coordinate partner, community, vendor relationships, and agencies.
• Establish goodwill and build relationships within the community and with the restaurant's overall food concept.
• Identify and capitalize on strategic partners that complement the restaurant brand.
• Plan and execute marketing events in coordination with the restaurant.
• Collect and analyze data to improve marketing programs.
• Assist and/or complete additional tasks as assigned.
• Clearly demonstrate growth in sales as a result of marketing efforts.
