Descrição da oferta de emprego

As a Manager, GTM Vertical Marketing, you will own the plan‑to‑performance rhythm for the business—turning market signals and internal trends into clear choices on growth, pricing, portfolio, and capacity. You will run the monthly commercial performance reviews, set KPI standards, and apply an industry‑vertical lens to guide where we invest and how we win. You will shape go‑to‑market narratives by authoring thought‑leadership pieces, marketing collateral, and customer case studies that equip Sales with executive‑ready stories and business cases. You will orchestrate cross‑functional initiatives to simplify processes, shorten decision cycles, and lift margins, while building and coaching a high‑performing team.

Grade - 15

  • Define and operate the Commercial Analytics strategy for B2B vertical marketing team as a global capability—principles, methodologies, delivery standards.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Commercial leadership on how performance is defined, measured, and improved.

  • Own the GTM content strategy for priority industries/offers: author and commission thought‑leadership white papers, executive POVs, research‑backed reports, customer case studies, solution briefs, playbooks, and sales enablement decks mapped to the buyer journey.
  • Ensure editorial quality, evidence standards, and review workflows; convert flagship pieces into derivative assets (exec briefs, webinars, videos, social) and localize by vertical to support commercial priorities.
  • Structure content for decision‑quality answers (comparisons, trade‑offs, quantified outcomes) and consistent messaging from marketing to sales.
Industry Vertical Performance Measurement & Strategy

  • Prioritize AI/ML models by vertical (propensity, churn, price optimization, ETA/OTD) and productize reusable vertical insight products.
Systems, Data & Automation

  • Integrate relevant external data / APIs; maintain vertical mapping standards to ensure reporting consistency.
Transformation & Operational Excellence
  • Lead operating-model redesign and process optimization across functions/regions.
  • Drive automation (RPA/low-code) and Lean/Six Sigma improvements; institute durable change‑management and adoption practices.
Program, Project & Portfolio Leadership
  • Run cross‑functional programs across geographies with clear scope, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Establish governance, KPIs/OKRs, and a performance cadence; manage vendors and SOWs where applicable.
