  • Manage Environmental Clearance (EC) from MoEFCC / SEIAA / SEAC where applicable.
C. Fire Safety Approvals

  • Obtain and maintain PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) licenses for the storage and handling of hazardous chemicals, solvents, and petroleum products — Pan-India.
  • Ensure compliance with Explosives Act, Petroleum Act, and related rules — including renewals, inspections, and safety audits.
