Job summary

myHQ is seeking a results-driven corporate sales specialist in Delhi to guide enterprise clients through office leasing journeys, from needs assessment to closing. You will engage landlords, developers and coworking operators to tailor office solutions while driving revenue and long-term client relationships.

You will stay in regular contact with landlords, developers, and coworking operators, negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and ensure accurate transaction records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales (mandatory).
• Prior experience in commercial leasing or the co-working industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces.
• Develop and streamline processes for long-term lease transactions, renewals, and exits.
• Prepare transaction materials, including appointment letters, market comparison reports, offer letters, and client business cases.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review and ensure lease agreements include all standard and client-approved clauses.
• Oversee transaction completion, including verifying stamp duty, registration charges, and coordinating property registrations.

About the role:

From understanding workspace requirements and curating suitable options to negotiating commercial terms and ensuring seamless transaction execution, you'll collaborate with clients, landlords, developers, and coworking operators to deliver tailored office solutions while driving revenue and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces.

Travel:

This role requires frequent intracity travel for client meetings, space visits, and consultations. All travel expenses are covered as per industry standards, with the team using a corporate Uber account for convenience
