Job summary

Consult Asia seeks an experienced IT operations leader to manage Snowflake-based data platforms, ensuring system stability and incident resolution. You will lead a 10–15 member team to drive automation, process improvements, and SLA-driven delivery while overseeing data governance and integration.

Strong Linux experience and expertise in ITSM, automation, and AIOps/DevOps are essential, as is proven ability to manage global teams and deliver under Agile/ITIL guidelines.

Qualifications

• Requires strong Snowflake experience and leadership in IT operations.
• Experience with data integration tools and Linux environments.
• ITIL/Agile certified is preferred.
