CC&L Financial Group is seeking an experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead end-to-end IT operations, ensuring system stability and security across enterprise infrastructure. You will manage BAU, incident handling, change control, and lifecycle improvements while collaborating with Applications, Security and Business teams globally.
The role requires 10+ years in IT service delivery and 4+ years in people leadership within complex, regulated environments; ITIL expertise is preferred.

The Information Technology (IT) team resides within the Information Systems group and is responsible for the management, operations, maintenance, cloud technology and security of the IT infrastructure that supports the organization. The team is made up of several sub‑teams that are collaborative and effectively apply technology to solve complex problems which has been a key factor to the firm’s success. CC&L Financial Group, as an investment management firm, manages a wide range of global assets and the financial group relies heavily on the IS team for a variety of distinct functions. The Manager – IT Operations is accountable for end‑to‑end day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring the stability, availability, performance, and security of our enterprise infrastructure and services. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership with people and vendor management, overseeing BAU operations, ITIL‑aligned incident/problem/change management, and major incident response to restore service quickly and prevent recurrence. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence through monitoring/observability improvements, automation and runbook discipline, patching and lifecycle management, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders to meet agreed service levels (SLAs/SLOs).
The role will act as a key bridge between IT Operations teams, business stakeholders, and global counterparts.
