Job summary

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive product features from idea to filing, coordinating with actuarial, sales, IT, finance, and underwriting teams. You will ensure accuracy between marketing materials and product information while supporting category products across distribution channels.

The role emphasizes market research, regulatory tracking, and collaboration with multiple departments to enable effective distribution and strong product communication.

Qualifications

• MBA from a Tiered institute with minimum 3 years of experience.
• Understanding of life insurance products and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Propose product features based on a product idea or request.
• Coordinate with Actuarial and Sales for filing of product.
• Coordinate with IT/Finance/Ops/Underwriting/Investment to fulfil requirements.
• Assure processes and systems in coordination with other teams.
