HR Manager Overview

The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training development, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role is critical in executing people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in [industry-specific requirement, e.g., education, tech, etc.]
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • HR Policy Governance
    • Develop, review, and update the company s HR policy handbook, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
    • Standardize HR processes across regions and implement best practices for policy communication and adherence.
  • Compensation Benefits
    • Support the design and administration of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.
    • Collaborate with leadership to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures across geographies.
  • Performance Management
    • Drive the performance management process including goal-setting, appraisal frameworks, and performance analytics.
    • Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment of individual and organizational objectives.
  • Employee Engagement & Induction
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
    • Manage new hire induction and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of employees into the organization.
  • HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives
    • Lead cross-functional HR projects, including digital HR transformation and global HR system rollouts.
    • Drive change management initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a key liaison between HR and business teams, ensuring effective communication of HR policies and initiatives.
    • Conduct sessions, workshops, and policy communication programs.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, compensation frameworks, and performance management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working on global HR platforms and handling multi-country HR processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources or related field.
