Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Bengaluru is seeking a Manager – Fund Accounting to lead NAV oversight and fund accounting for US private markets funds within a Managed Services framework.

The role focuses on governance, risk controls, and continuous process improvement while building scalable outsourced operating models. 8–10 years in financial services with 5+ years in fund accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Private Equity Fund Accounting, NAV oversight & Financial Reporting.
• Deep understanding of Private Markets structures, valuations & governance.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• 8–10 years of financial services experience, including 5+ years in fund accounting/reporting oversight.
• Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance; CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
