The Manager, Franchise Innovation will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Mastercard's Data Integrity (DI) and Transaction Reports product portfolio within the My Company Performance (MCP) platform. This role will drive initiatives focused on improving data quality, customer experience, operational efficiency, and access to Franchise data and insights. The successful candidate will partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Experience, and Franchise teams to identify opportunities, define product strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions that solve customer problems and support Mastercard's broader Franchise objectives. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that requires strong product management expertise, strategic thinking, customer focus, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
