Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles.
  • Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems.
  • Strong digital and data literacy for analytics and decision support.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3 Coca-Cola associates and partner with Genpact.
  • Prepare, release, and maintain product standard costs and related SAP master data for new product launches or reformulations for assigned plant locations.
  • Execute re-costing of materials based on BOM changes, analyze cost impacts, and validate results for assigned plants.
  • Lead Pricing and PPV processes for assigned locations with stakeholders to ensure pricing compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee daily deliverables from third‑party providers for pricing and accounting tasks, ensuring internal controls.
  • Serve as primary contact for costing and pricing escalations and resolve complex issues.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits relating to costing, revenue, and volume reporting.
  • Promote global standards and best practices in cost and pricing management with regional teams.
  • Reconcile and monitor COGS clearing balances to recognize financial results.
  • Drive process optimization by identifying improvements and aligning teams.
  • Contribute as finance SME on global initiatives like S/4HANA deployments.

What You Will Do For Us
  • Manage a team of 3 Coca-Cola associates and partner with Genpact

  • Lead Pricing and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) processes for assigned locations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure pricing compliance and accuracy.
  • Oversee daily deliverables from third‑party service providers for pricing and accounting tasks, validating work against internal controls and corrective action standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for costing and pricing escalations, applying a broad perspective to resolve complex issues.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit requirements relating to costing, revenue, and volume reporting, maintaining proper documentation and compliance standards.
  • Promote consistent application of global standards and best practices in cost and pricing management, partnering with regional teams for continuous improvements.
  • Reconcile and monitor Cost of Goods Sold clearing account balances for timely recognition of financial results.
  • Drive process optimization by identifying opportunities for enhancement, preparing performance metrics, and facilitating alignment across teams.
  • Act as finance subject‑matter contributor on global initiatives such as S/4HANA deployments and other supply chain transformations, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented.
Requirements And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
