Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting to lead financial reporting, accounting, consolidation, data hygiene and finance transformation for our international business across SEA/MEA regions. You will ensure accurate and compliant reporting while driving automation and robust internal controls across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

The role requires CA qualification with 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, accounting and consolidation, and

Qualifications

• Lead standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS/IFRS.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
• Oversee multi-entity and cross-border consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.
• Develop MIS, dashboards and management reports across international markets.
• Analyse financial performance, margins, costs and variances to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, reconciliations and hygiene of books.
• Handle inventory valuation, capitalization, FX, leases, financial instruments and business combinations.
• Evaluate IFRS/Ind AS changes and their impact on financial reporting and disclosures.
• Build scalable, standardized and automated financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance/IT to translate requirements into system workflows.
• Strengthen internal controls and eliminate process inefficiencies.
• Work with global finance teams to harmonize accounting policies and reporting practices.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury on cost reporting, working capital and compliance.
• Support the international business as it scales across regions.

Role Overview

Technical Accounting

• Handle complex accounting areas including inventory valuation, capitalization, foreign currency transactions, leases, financial instruments and business combinations.

Process Excellence & Automation

• Build scalable, standardized and automated financial reporting processes.
• Drive ERP, reporting tools and finance technology implementation.
• Partner with Finance and IT teams to translate accounting and control requirements into system workflows.

Business Partnering

• Work with global finance teams to harmonize accounting policies and reporting practices.

Requirements

• CA / equivalent qualification.
• 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, accounting and consolidation.
• Strong hands‑on experience in IFRS / Ind AS and multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience working with international entities / cross-border reporting.
• Strong understanding of complex accounting and statutory reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, finance automation and reporting tools.
• Experience in process building, standardization and internal controls.
• Manufacturing / retail / global operations experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
