Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Closing / Audit: Ensuring smooth closing of monthly, quarterly accounts as per the time schedule from Corporate. Monthly Provision - Preparation & Monitoring, Passing of entries Review of Trial Balance / Accounts Associate related Reconciliation & confirmations, GIT Working. Various Grossing up entries for month closures - FI Side Reversal of Monthly provision reversable Docs. Audit (Statutory, Tax, CMS, etc) related compliance, liasoning with auditors as and when required. Incentives (IPS) related accountng, claim working & various certifications
  • MIS Reporting / Analysis / Presentation: Monthly Estimate - Variance Analysis Preparation of Various presentaiton for Monthly Review Preparation of PUWise MIS PCE Expenses report - P1 & T and D Shop Count Related details to Conso Dashboard updation Cost Saving MIS & Validation Preparation of Qtrly / Monthly estimate Debtors Ageing monitoring & review. Bank Receipts & Line itmes Clearing - MVML P & L Variances
  • Budgets / Estimates: Support in Preparation for Yearly Budgets Preparation of Quarterly estimates

  • Ability to excel under tremendous pressure, tough deadlines and challenging internal & external environment. Proven ability to transfer knowledge and work in teams.
  • Good Knowledge of Budgt/MIS/ Reporting. Good Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power Point. Good Knowledge of Business case preparation. Knowledge of new developments in statutory compliance/new Accounting Standards. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP and other financial IT systems. Equal level of comfort and expertise in dealing with both business and people (relationship) issues. Strong analytical skills; and innovative and collaborative approach to foster conducive & Harmonious relations with all stakeholders. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to transfer knowledge and motivate team members.
