Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), GL reporting, mappings, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports for executive communication.
  • Manage customer interactions for AR-related reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with business teams to ensure smooth AP processes.
  • Administer funds flow management to ensure liquidity.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly financial closing activities.
  • Support internal and statutory audit requirements.
  • Handle expense accounting and GL management.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct business vs. financial reconciliations.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives for financial reporting.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across functions.

Role Objective

The candidate will be responsible for driving business finance activities, including accurate and timely reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The role will oversee cash flow planning and management, ensure effective risk identification and mitigation, and provide financial insights to support business decision‑making and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), GL reporting, mappings, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports for executive communication.
  • Manage customer interactions for AR‑related reconciliations, requiring travel as needed.
  • Coordinate with business teams to ensure smooth AP processes and timely payout releases.
  • Administer funds flow management to ensure liquidity and compliance.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly financial closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support internal and statutory audit requirements by preparing schedules and responding to queries.
  • Handle expense accounting and GL management, ensuring accuracy of entries.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.
  • Conduct business vs. financial reconciliations to ensure alignment and reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives for financial reporting and process improvements.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across functions for effective financial operations.
Qualification & Work Experience

6 + years of experience in Business finance & financial reporting

Knowledge/ Skills

Good communication
