Responsibilities

• Ensure legal and statutory compliances are met according to the legal calendar.
• Maintain harmonious relations between Union and Management.
• Manage legal cases, disciplinary actions, and contract labor management.
• Maintain GPA and Mediclaim data according to requirements.
• Adhere to OHSAS documentation and sustainability standards.
• Liaise with government agencies regarding labor and safety.
• Ensure all ESIC and PF activities are conducted.
• Organize welfare activities.
• Manage canteen and transport.
• Supervise WST and third-party staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the legal and statutory compliances are met as per the legal calendar.
• Maintain Harmonious relation between Union and Management.
• Legal Cases, Disciplinary Action and Contract Labor Management, TMW.
• Maintaining all GPA and Mediclaim data as per the requirements and schedule.
• OHSAS Documentation and sustainability adherence.
• Liaison with Government Agencies like ESI, PF, Labor Department, Labor court, Industrial Court, High Court, police, health and safety, local administration, welfare board, apprenticeship advisor, ITI.
• Ensuring all ESIC and PF activities.
• Organizing and conducting welfare activities.
• Canteen and Transport Management.
• WST and third party staff management in its entirety.
