Synchrony Kolkata is hiring a Manager for Enterprise Risk Analytics (L09) to transform raw risk data into clear, actionable dashboards using Tableau. You will partner with global teams to understand evolving data requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions for governance, risk, and compliance processes.

As an individual contributor, you will design data extracts, analyze risk indicators, and present insights to senior leaders to support risk-informed decision making.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; 2–4 years of coding/reporting/analytics experience or 4–6 years if no degree.
• Hands-on Tableau experience (2+ years).
• Experience with SAS/SQL and Python (2+ years).
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to translate business needs into technical reporting.

• Collaborate with eGRC FA and DM teams to incorporate system/data upgrades into reporting.

Enterprise Risk Analytics Team in India, which rolls up into Synchrony Financial India.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced risk reports, dashboards, and visualizations primarily utilizing Tableau based on data extracted from the GRC system and related data sourcesPartner with the eGRC FA and DM teams to understand continuous upgrades and changes to the system and data that can affect downstream reportingCollaborate with senior leaders, risk managers, and governance functions to gather, understand, and translate complex business
