FyndBridge Consultants & Advisors is seeking an experienced economics professional in Delhi to lead economic research, policy analysis, and strategic knowledge development. The role focuses on India’s growth, development trends, and policy recommendations to support national priorities.

You will conduct primary and secondary research, analyze data and policies, and translate findings into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in economic research, policy research, consulting, think tanks, government, industry associations, development organizations, or research institutions.
• Strong understanding of the Indian economy, economic policies, and development issues.

• Engage with senior industry leaders, government officials, policymakers, academia, think tanks, and research institutions.
• Manage multiple research assignments and contribute to long-term economic strategy development.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in economic research, policy research, consulting, think tanks, government, industry associations, development organizations, or research institutions.
• Strong understanding of the Indian economy, economic policies, and development issues.
• Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, report-writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, Stata, or SPSS will be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in policy advocacy, regulatory analysis, strategic consulting, or institutional research will be preferred.
• Ability to manage projects independently, handle multiple assignments, and work with senior stakeholders.
