Responsibilities

• Handling and monitoring of overall warehouse operation and compliance activity
• Review of shop floor related warehouse documentation and document control
• Handling of warehouse deviations, change controls CAPAs and closing out and implementation at right times
• Preparation and review of SOPs, change control, deviation reports, protocols and related documents
• Preparation and review of URS, risk assessment, impact assessment, protocols, reports and APQR for equipment and facility
• Impart training on warehouse activities, SOPs and delivering competency‑based and compliance‑based training/awareness training
• Follow all safety precautions and adherence to EHSS policies
• Ensure all warehouse personnel are trained on SOP/EOP/IOP’s
• Overall warehouse operation and compliance activity
• Responsible change control, deviation reports, protocols and related documents
• Managing audit/visit for warehouse and ensuring audit‑readiness of warehouse area at all times
• Internal/external audit response and CAPA implementation
• Overall coordination and interaction with cross‑functional departments such as Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, Purchase, Supply Chain, Commercial Admin, Finance, Regulatory, EHSS & Engineering departments
