Job summary

Döhler in India is seeking an experienced SAP IPD/PLM consultant to join our global team. You will analyze business requirements, implement SAP IPD configurations, and drive improvements across the product development lifecycle.

You will design integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead agile delivery using Jira. A strong consulting background and SAP IPD/PLM expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have SAP PLM or SAP IPD expertise.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Proven SAP consulting background, both functional and technical.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical consultant and SME for SAP IPD, translating requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Design, implement and maintain IPD/PLM configurations and integrations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and drive process optimization across SAP IPD/IPD lifecycle.
• Collaborate with integration teams on API-based and event-driven architectures.
• Utilize SAP Signavio & LeanIX for process modeling and landscape optimization.

Job Description

SAP IPD Consulting & Configuration

• Serve as the technical consultant and subject matter expert for SAP IPD (Integrated Product Development).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Perform system configuration/customizing, technical implementation, and process optimization.
• Support and enhance end-to-end product development lifecycle processes within SAP PLM/IPD.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.

SAP Integration & Interface Management

• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SAP IPD and other SAP solutions such as:
• o SAP S/4HANA
• o SAP Sales Cloud (C4C)
• o SAP PLM
• o SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services
• Manage interfaces with non-SAP systems to ensure seamless data exchange and business process continuity.
• Collaborate with integration teams on API-based and event-driven architectures.

Business Process Excellence using SAP Signavio & LeanIX

• Utilize SAP Signavio for business process modeling, analysis, process mining, and optimization.
• Use SAP LeanIX to document, analyze, and improve application and enterprise architecture landscapes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and define actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment between business processes, application architecture, and IT strategy.

Project Delivery & Agile Execution

• Lead IT initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and Go-Live.
• Manage project activities using Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Coordinate external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Drive testing, deployment, user adoption and change management activities.

Take end-to-end ownership of applications and solutions throughout their lifecycle
