Qualifications

• 6–10 years total experience with 2–3 years consultancy preferred.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, remittance issuance and vendor inquiries.
• Understanding of ITP process within end-to-end financial processes.
• Project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.
• Ability to work across a matrix organization without formal authority.
• Accounting certification or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of financial systems (SAP, QAD) and ITP tools.

What You Will Do:

As an integral part of the Continuous Improvement (CI) Center of Excellence, specifically focused on standardization, optimization and digitalization, the candidate will support the execution of our continuous improvement framework within the Global business service scope, with focus, but not exclusively, on the Invoice-to-Pay processes (ITP)

Responsibilities May Include, But Are Limited To:

• Drive continuous improvement activities including mapping current and future process maps, driving corrective actions, and developing, tracking, and measuring qualitative and quantitative results.
• Drive a culture of innovation, simplification and continuous improvement through best practice sharing, advocacy, and hands‑on leadership.
• Partner with senior leadership, understand business goals, analyze opportunities, and develop improvement plans for various workflows/systems and technologies.
• Build roadmaps that support the tactical execution of key continuous improvement initiatives across stakeholder teams.
• Ensure consistent application of continuous improvement tools, methodologies, and best practices to accelerate improvements at scale.
• Identifies and engage subject matter experts in support of multi‑functional efforts in continuous improvement.

What You Will Have:

• Preferred previous consultancy experience (2-3 years)/overall experience 6 to 10 years
• Knowledge of best practices in invoice processing, supplier inquiry & helpdesk design, remittance advice issuance, vendor inquiries and dispute management
• Knowledge and understanding of the mechanics in the ITP process stream and how these fit into the end-to-end financial process environment.

• This position requires candidate to work a 5-day -a -week schedule in the office.
