Job summary

NeoXam seeks a Manager DevOps to lead and scale our Indian DevOps platform. You will guide platform engineering, drive automation for infrastructure and CI/CD, and mentor a high-performing team across cross-functional product teams.

The role emphasizes leadership in CI/CD, IaC, CaC, and security practices, with strong emphasis on cloud-native architectures and SaaS delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles in platform engineering.
• Extensive software engineering experience with highly scalable products.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling (GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Grafana).
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate).
• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps.
• Experience & skill sets in coding of any programming language.

As part of our expanding NeoXam as a Service (NXaaS) operating model, we are looking for a motivated and technically strong Manager DevOps to join our Indian team. You will support NeoXam's core product suite, including:

• NeoXam DataHub – a centralized data management platform purpose-built for financial institutions, serving as a hub for all data consumed or produced across the enterprise.
• NeoXam IBOR – a uniquely independent and flexible Investment Book of Record, providing asset managers with a single, continuously updated source for positions, valuations, and forecasts across multiple views.
• NeoXam Aro – an intelligent, low-code reconciliation and data lifecycle platform that transforms fragmented, manual processes into a unified, AI-powered solution.
• NeoXam Impress – an end-to-end solution for client, digital, and regulatory reporting, covering data integration, performance calculations, production workflows, and data visualization.
• Your Missions
• Platform Development: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our DevOps platform, ensuring its usability, reliability, and scalability.
• Automation Leadership: Contribute to the design and implementation of automation for infrastructure, application CI/CD and validation of both.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing developer platform engineering team with a strong focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. Ensure team members have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles
• Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively across teams, including product management, security, and cloud operations, to plan and execute against the developer platform roadmap.
• Technology Trends: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best-practices in developer platform engineering.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the team, drawing on practical experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Configuration as Code (CaC). Skill Building and Enablement: Enhance skill acquisition and enablement across the team.
• Your Profile
• Proven experience in platform engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Extensive software engineering development and design experience with complex and highly scalable products using multiple technologies, platforms, and languages.
• Working experience with CI/CD pipeline and tooling (e.g., GitHub, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Grafana or any Monitoring tool)
• Experience in AI led development best practicese a strong plus.Strong background in infrastructure and public cloud, ideally AWS.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with serverless computing platforms (AWS Lambda, AWS Fargate).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
• Experience in maintaining SaaS project.
• Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps.
• Experience & skill sets in Coding of any Programming Language
