You will collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Product teams to enhance delivery and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years in DevOps, cloud infra, SRE, or related.
- 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/OCI).
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools, pipelines, and deployment practices.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, databases, and distributed systems.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our applications and infrastructure remain secure, scalable, reliable, and highly available, enabling the business to deliver technology solutions efficiently and confidently.
As DevOps Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our DevOps and cloud infrastructure capabilities. You will partner closely with Software Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Product teams to enhance delivery performance, system reliability, and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to influence engineering standards, modernize infrastructure practices, and develop a culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This position will be based in our Hyderabad office, working onsite.

- Establish team goals, performance expectations, and measurable outcomes.

- Define and execute the organization's DevOps strategy, roadmap, and engineering standards.
- Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ), automation, and configuration management practices.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and platforms that improve engineering productivity and operational reliability.
- Balance technical debt, operational risk, business priorities, and engineering capacity.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, highly available cloud infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for cloud operations, system reliability, observability, performance, and availability.
- Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Manage cloud infrastructure costs and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management capabilities.
- Lead root-cause analysis activities and ensure corrective and preventative actions are completed following major incidents.
- Establish and track operational metrics including deployment frequency, lead time, availability, reliability, and recovery time.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Architecture, and Product teams to improve software delivery and operational efficiency.
- Promote DevSecOps practices, including security controls, vulnerability management, access management, and compliance requirements.
- Develop documentation, standards, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers as needed.
- Communicate technical risks, opportunities, and recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders.
You are a hands-on technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for building high-performing teams. You have experience implementing modern DevOps practices and creating scalable, reliable cloud environments while enabling engineering teams to deliver at speed and with quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), systems engineering, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform, including AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, pipelines, and deployment practices.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar platforms.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, databases, and distributed systems.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response practices.
- Working knowledge of security principles and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Git and modern software development workflows.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building or scaling DevOps or SRE organizations.
- Experience supporting multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Experience implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and reliability engineering principles.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar tools.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications.
- Experience managing cloud budgets and driving infrastructure cost optimization.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
