Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Development Manager to lead design, development and support of the ICE Trading Applications. The role demands hands-on leadership, driving teams across multiple streams, and coordinating with US-based offices to align with Eastern Time.

As a Development Manager, you will play a leadership role in a team by contributing to the design, development, maintenance and support of ICE Trading Applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technology leader to impact a critical and highly visible platform for ICE. The ideal candidate must be very hands on, have a proven track record of building and leading teams, be results-oriented, self-motivated and can thrive in a fast-pace environment. This role requires frequent interactions with project and product managers, developers, quality assurance and other stakeholders, in order to ensure delivery of a world class application to our users.
This role requires close interaction and coordination with the team(s) based in ICE’s US offices. As such, there is an expectation that the qualified candidates will be able to overlap part of their working hours with US Eastern time zone.
