Principal Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document requirements with data lineage, transformation rules and data quality rules for credit risk, collection / recoveries, and fraud use cases, the role holder has end to end own the responsibility for all aspects of data analysis and build knowledge on credit risk and collections and fraud business areas.
  • Actively contribute with the monitoring and reporting of progress, issues, dependencies, risks to the Program management, internal stakeholders and/or steering committees.
  • Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements with respect to the Decision Data Store (DDS) project.
Requirements
  • Min 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Graduate / Post Graduate degree from reputed university with specialization in numerical discipline
  • Strong experience on SAS & SQL is a must‑have
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial‑services/Retail banking‑operations across the credit cycle: acquisitions, portfolio management, collections is a must‑have
  • Strong background working with large‑scale data, data management, data quality rules, data transformation etc, is a must‑have
  • Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude; Outstanding attention to detail
  • Exposure cloud computing is desirable
  • Exposure to JIRA/Confluence for project management activity
  • Experience in translating business requirement documents to detailed data and implementation requirements

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and develop end‑to‑end solutions
