Responsibilities

• Manage the Control Tower Team to achieve agreed performance targets and standards.
• Liaise with operations managers/KAMs to understand and deliver their expectations.
• Measure the performance of the control tower.
• Design and update the most efficient transport optimization capability for customer operations.
• Coach and develop team members to support succession planning.
• Implement new and existing customers onto the TMS. Identify new transport opportunities within TMS for commercial development.
• Manage GPS vendor, logins, report development, and customization.
• Develop solutions using GPS and support the Operations Manager in customer interface.

Requirements

• Experience- 7-12yrs in transportation operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
