Job summary

n Human Resources & Management Systems [ nHRMS ] Raipur, Chhattisgarh is seeking an experienced Statutory Compliance professional to oversee factory, environmental, land and labour compliance across our manufacturing units.

The role involves managing licences, NOCs, renewals and statutory returns, coordinating environmental clearances with CECB, liaising with government authorities, vetting contracts with external counsel, and maintaining a compliance calendar for regular management updates.

Qualifications

• 8–10 yrs in statutory compliance in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of factory, environmental, land and labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CTE/CTO and environmental clearances with CECB
• Liaise with government departments and inspectorates for approvals and inspections
