Job summary

Agilent Technologies Inc. in India seeks a Senior Finance COE leader to partner with Business Finance, drive strategic insights, and guide decision-making for globally dispersed units.

You will develop and lead a team of analysts delivering planning, forecasting, and performance reports, leveraging SAP, Power BI, and automation to standardize processes and sharpen finance insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
• MBA, CPA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in finance leadership roles.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with division Business Finance partners and lead a team of analysts to provide insights into financial guidance, challenge assumptions, and support operational decision-making across geographically dispersed businesses.
• Deliver high-quality and timely financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for assigned businesses by translating business drivers into meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with Business Finance to ensure high-quality planning, reporting, and analytical outputs, enabling greater focus on forward-looking business partnering.
• Lead, coach, and develop finance analysts, fostering collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and talent development across cultures.
• Advance reporting standardization, process automation, and data-driven decision-making through SAP, Power BI, advanced analytics, and digital finance tools.

Job DescriptionServes as the primary India Finance COE partner to the Business Finance function and provides decision support to the VP of Business Finance and Business Finance partners. Partners closely with the Group Consolidations team, Barcelona Finance COE, Corporate FP&A, and IT.The role requires a highly collaborative leader with strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the confidence to influence action across a complex global operations environment.
