Job summary

EY in Gurugram is seeking a Manager-CHS-Business Consulting Risk-CNS to lead risk and controls assessments within Digital Risk initiatives. The role focuses on SAP risk, ITGC/ITAC/ITSOX, and end-to-end engagement delivery for transformation programs.

You will work across enterprise risk, technology risk, and financial services risk pillars, partnering with clients to design risk-aware solutions and to strengthen control environments. A strong background in IT risk consulting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science (must have)
• Master of Business Administration (preferred)
• 5+ years IT Infrastructure Management experience
• IT Audit and IT Consulting experience
• SAP pre- and post-implementation assessments

Responsibilities

• SAP post and pre-migration assessment with a focus on risk and controls across transformation programs, including ITGC/ITAC/ITSOX testing.
• Support assurance and compliance requirements with SOC 1/2 testing.
• Manage end-to-end engagement execution with go-to-market alignment.

Technology Risk - helps clients to achieve sustainable growth by supporting their efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders. EY teams accomplish this by assessing the technology risks that are introduced to businesses.

Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated expertise in SAP post and pre-migration assessment, with a strong understanding of risk and control implications across transformation programs. Proficient in ITGC, ITAC, and IT SOX testing, including evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness. Experienced in SOC 1 and SOC 2 testing methodologies, supporting assurance and compliance requirements. Strong grounding in IT consulting, with the ability to assess technology risks and recommend control improvements. Capable of managing end-to-end engagement execution with a focus on delivering aligned go-to-market strategies.
