The Corporate Institute in Mumbai invites an experienced banking professional to lead corporate finance and treasury functions. You will manage banking relationships, cash flow, liquidity, and trade finance processes for a corporate client base.

The ideal candidate is an ex-banker with 5–10 years in corporate banking or treasury, holds CA/CMA/MBA Finance, and can drive negotiations, compliance, and efficient banking operations.

Qualificações

• Ex-banker mandatory, preferably with experience in Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Credit, or Treasury.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance (premier institute preferred).
• 5–10 years experience in Banking + Corporate Treasury.

Responsabilidades

• Manage corporate banking relationships and day-to-day banking operations.
• Handle working capital limits, CMA, LC, BG, and other banking facilities.
• Drive bank limit renewals, enhancements, and documentation with banks and internal stakeholders.
• Lead bank negotiations for pricing, credit facilities, limits, and other terms.
• Manage corporate treasury activities, including cash flow, fund requirements, and liquidity management.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with banking covenants and facility terms.
• Coordinate with banks for trade finance transactions, including LC/BG issuance.
• Manage Forex transactions and support IDPMS/EDPMS activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and ensure timely resolution of banking-related matters.

Banking & Corporate Treasury
