Job summary

Godrej Properties is seeking a Manager Audit to lead audits of manufacturing operations and international locations (Africa, Middle East, USA, Indonesia, LATAM). You will plan, execute and report on audits, visiting sites and collaborating with local leadership.

The ideal candidate is a CA with 4–5 years in internal audit, with manufacturing audit experience, strong data analytics, SAP proficiency, and familiarity with AI tools. Prior international audit exposure is desirable.

Qualifications

• CA with 4-5 years of experience.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Internal Audit in a manufacturing company.
• Should have done manufacturing audits.
• Prior international audit experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execution of audit projects across international locations and data analysis to support findings. Travels 7–15 days at a time, totaling 70–80 days a year.
• Define scopes, identify risks, conduct audits, and discuss reports with process owners.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and perform data analysis.
• Timely execution of audits and preparation of audit reports.

About the role

As Manager Audit, you will be auditing the company's operations in international locations (Africa, Middle East, USA, Indonesia, LATAM etc.) This role requires you to be proficient in leading and executing audit projects in these countries by visiting them and interacting with local leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of audit projects across Africa, Indonesia and other international locations as per annual planned / unplanned audit calendar and conducting data analysis to support the findings. Thie role involves travelling to locations for about 7-15 days at a time (total 70-80 days a year)
• Understanding and defining the scopes clearly, identifying risks, conducting data analysis and executing the audits. Making audit reports and discussing them with process owners
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. Good understanding of data analysis.
• Timely execution of audits and preparation of audit reports

Who are we looking for?

Education:

• CA with 4-5 years of experience

Experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Internal Audit in a manufacturing company Good knowledge of data analysis & SOP's. Should have done manufacturing audits.
• Prior international audit experience is desirable.
