EY Gurgaon invites a Manager - National Assurance FAAS to lead technical accounting advisory across US GAAP, IFRS and Ind AS for diverse client engagements. You will coordinate multi‑discipline teams and drive high‑impact assurance services in a fast paced environment.

The role requires Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience, strong governance, and a track record in IPO readiness and accounting advisory.

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

• Strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS with the ability to apply accounting standards to complex client scenarios. Hands‑on experience in managing large‑scale engagements and coordinating multiple workstreams within assurance and advisory environments. Proven capability in IPO PMO support, including tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring regulatory and accounting readiness. Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting advisory, and assurance processes for diverse and high‑impact engagements. Ability to analyze technical accounting issues and support accurate, compliant, and timely reporting outcomes.
