Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AR Manager with strong expertise in Physician Billing to manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, drive team performance, and ensure revenue maximization through effective denial management and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AR callers handling Physician Billing specialty accounts
• Ensure end-to-end AR management including follow-ups, denials, and collections
• Analyze and work on complex denials (coding, medical necessity, bundling, etc.)
• Monitor team performance against KPIs, SLAs, and revenue targets
• Identify process gaps and implement quality & productivity improvements
• Provide floor support, training, and mentoring to team members
• Ensure adherence to client guidelines and compliance standards
• Prepare and present daily/weekly performance reports

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong domain knowledge in Physician Billing AR
• Good understanding of CPT, ICD, modifiers
• Experience handling payers like Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercials
• Strong knowledge of aging reports, AR metrics, and revenue cycle KPIs
• Excellent team handling and client communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing a team of 100+ AR callers
• Exposure to client interactions and escalation handling
