Job summary

Artex Risk Solutions seeks a GenAI Manager to lead development and deployment of AI-powered document intelligence and information extraction solutions. You will partner with business stakeholders, Data Science, and engineering teams to deliver scalable GenAI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI platforms.

You will oversee Python-based extraction pipelines, validation frameworks, and post-processing logic, establishing best practices for testing, monitoring, and error

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Intelligent Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Spark.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure ecosystem.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, testing frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
