Job summary

Gaitworks Integrated Gurgaon is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting for international clients (UK, US, Europe) and lead a finance team. You will prepare financial statements, MIS, and dashboards while ensuring IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP compliance and liaising with auditors and tax consultants.

The role requires 7–10 years in finance, strong accounting knowledge, ERP experience, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• CA / CPA / ACCA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Experience handling international clients (UK, US, Europe) preferred.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP, and/or US GAAP.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Zoho Books, Sage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for international clients across the UK, US, and Europe.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and month/year-end closures.
• Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, cash flow statements, and financial dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP accounting principles.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and client finance teams for reporting and compliance requirements.
• Support VAT, sales tax, payroll accounting, and statutory reporting processes.
• Lead, mentor, and review the performance and deliverables of the finance team.
• Manage international client relationships, understand business requirements, and provide financial insights.
• Drive process improvement, automation, ERP/accounting system optimization, and scalable finance processes.
• US / UK taxation exposure will be an advantage.

• Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel and financial analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a startup environment with ownership and agility.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
• US / UK taxation exposure will be an advantage
