Job summary

Nexdigm is seeking a Manager – Finance Controllership to lead statutory compliance, VAT filings, MIS, and client-facing financial deliverables. The role requires strong partner interface, team mentoring, and IFRS/European accounting knowledge.

Based in India, the position offers day-shift, work-from-office model, and exposure to multi-national clients across industries. You will drive process improvements and ensure accurate financial reporting and control processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in statutory compliance, VAT filings, and MIS deliverables.
• Strong client relationship management and business partnering skills.
• Good understanding of client business processes and internal controls.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members for retention.
• Technical review of financial statements, reconciliations and audit schedules.
• Proficiency with IFRS and European accounting standards.
• Experience identifying process improvements and control gaps.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to drive efficiency.
• Identify and resolve accounting, compliance, and reporting issues.
• Support billing, collections and recovery activities.
