Job summary

Kirloskar Pneumatic in India seeks a lead engineer to oversee Reciprocating and Oil & Gas compressor package system design, ensuring compliance with API618/API619 and ISO13631/11P. You will review customer specifications and develop essential technical deliverables.

The role covers preparing PFDs, P&IDs, GADs, and 3D model reviews, and participating in HAZOP/SIL studies, with hands-on support across piping and process engineering using PvElite/HTRI tools.

Qualifications

• Review customer specifications for compression system design.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and GADs as required.
• Prepare datasheets for compressor package accessories.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reciprocating & Or Screw Compressor package system design activities.
• Ensure compliance with API 618/619, ISO13631/11P.
• Review designs and drawings of pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
• Participate in HAZOP, SIL and safety reviews.
• Provide technical support for process and piping engineering.

Job description

• To Lead Reciprocating & Or Screw Compressor Package System Design Activities.Complying to API618,API619,ISO13631/11P
• Review Customer Technical Specifications for Compression System Design.Provide design/technical support in development of PFDs, P&IDs, GADs etc.
• Prepare other deliverables to client like Technical specifications/datasheets of compressor package accessories which includes, Pumps, PSVs, Valves, PRVs etc
• Review the design and drawings of Pressure vessel, heat exchangers
• Participation in HAZOP, SIL etc safety studies and 3D model reviews
• Rotating Engineering,Oil and Gas Compressor Packages Design.
• Awareness about MR/PR and Tender Specifications
• Awareness about Codes and Standards applicable to various components
• Aware of PvElite and HTRI softwares
• Aware of Compressor Package Process and Piping Engineering
