Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple transaction accounting or valuation engagements simultaneously.
• Manages engagement teams and reviews financial models and technical reports.
• Interfaces with client management to gather information and discuss findings.
• Applies strong financial modeling and accounting judgment.
• Supports development and coaching of junior professionals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6–9 years of experience.
• Demonstrated project and team management capability.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, ASA, ABV, or progress toward credential.
• Experience in valuation or complex transaction accounting.
