Qualification
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Hospital Administration, Social Work, or Management.
Requirements
- At least one year s experience in management, organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English and the local language preferred.
- Willingness to travel between the main hospital and satellite centre.

Operations Management
- Supervise the day‑to‑day functioning of the satellite centre, including outpatient services, outreach camps, and surgical programs.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, proper documentation, and adherence to hospital protocols and quality standards.
Project Coordination and Implementation
- Coordinate community eye health programs (e.g., cataract screening camps, pediatric eye health initiatives) in collaboration with the main hospital and local partners.
- Support implementation of funded projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate data collection, monitoring, and evaluation of project outcomes.
Liaison and Communication
- Act as the key link between the satellite centre and the main hospital for administrative, clinical, and programmatic coordination.
- Communicate regularly with department heads, medical teams, and partner organizations to align goals and activities.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting
- Maintain data on patient load, surgeries, outreach activities, and community impact.
- Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for review by senior management.
- Use data insights to identify service gaps and recommend improvements.
Community Engagement
- Foster strong community relationships to enhance trust and patient participation in screening and surgical programs.
- Collaborate with local health authorities, NGOs, and community leaders for awareness programs.
- Ensure culturally sensitive and patient‑centered service delivery.
Managing daily operations, including but not limited to,
- Assisting in hiring, training and managing staff

- Managing secured storage, retrieval and discard of medical records as per policy
