Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Manager NRI Sales (Servicing) to lead and manage our NRI Sales floor operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to drive team performance, maintain service excellence, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
This role involves managing a large sales team, optimizing operational metrics, handling escalations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day floor management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a floor team of 30-40 associates, ensuring consistent achievement of business goals.
- Operational Excellence: Track and manage key performance indicators such as Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT (Average Handling Time), NPS (Net Promoter Score), Conversion Rates, and Escalations.
- Performance Management: Monitor individual and team productivity, conduct regular reviews, and implement action plans for improvement.
- Escalation Handling: Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Training & Coaching: Identify skill gaps, provide ongoing coaching, and ensure regular upskilling sessions for the team.
- Workforce Planning: Manage floor scheduling, staffing levels, and roster adherence to meet SLAs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales and service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Quality, Training, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Employee Engagement: Drive engagement and retention initiatives to reduce attrition and maintain a motivated workforce.
- Customer Focus: Maintain high-quality standards across all NRI interactions to strengthen brand trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: MBA preferred (Sales / Marketing / Operations).
- Experience: 5-8 years in Sales Operations / Inside Sales / Customer Servicing, with at least 2-3 years in a people management or floor leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in managing large teams (30-40 members) with a focus on performance metrics.
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT, NPS, Productivity, and Escalation Management.
- Analytical Ability: Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using insights to drive performance improvement.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setup; 6-day working, with mandatory weekend operations.
