Job summary

Chola is seeking a Business Analytics & Insights professional to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for management decision-making.

You will develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports, support forecasting and performance monitoring, and translate business needs into analytical frameworks while collaborating with analytics, product, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business trends, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Perform exploratory and diagnostic analysis to generate actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Develop performance dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports for leadership review.
• Support forecasting, planning, productivity measurement, and business performance monitoring initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and measurable outcomes.
• Assist in developing data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
• Support leadership in evaluating business opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to enterprise initiatives involving AI, analytics, automation, and business intelligence solutions.
• Drive process optimization initiatives through data-backed problem solving.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and governance standards across reporting systems.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and business validation activities.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and operating models for business and technology stakeholders.
• Partner with business leaders, operations teams, technology functions, and external stakeholders to understand business priorities.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with analytics, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
• Support leadership reviews through insightful presentations and management dashboards.
