Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an experienced Management & Leadership Instructor to help shape AI's understanding of organizational dynamics and leadership concepts.

This remote, hourly-contract role focuses on evaluating and improving AI systems trained on management scenarios. You will review AI-generated leadership cases for realism, assess decision-making patterns, and provide structured feedback to sharpen managerial reasoning.

Qualifications

• Three+ years teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level.
• Strong grasp of organizational behavior and leadership theory.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and tradeoffs.
• Ability to read and assess written scenarios and recommendations.
• Self-motivation and reliability for asynchronous work.

Who You Are

• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
