Job summary

Blackbaud India seeks an accomplished Program Specialist/Manager to deliver Managed Services across multiple client accounts in Hyderabad. You will ensure accurate donation processing, run advanced reporting, and build targeted fundraising lists while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes strong client communication, English fluency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Program Specialist/Manager (Individual Contributor), Service Delivery Consultant, or Analyst in a related domain.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a delivery-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Managed Services work according to scope, catalogs, and internal standards.
• Manage client deliverables across multiple accounts while meeting schedules and SLAs.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding status, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Complete Donation Processing and support Fundraising Operations.
• Perform manual gift entry accurately in client systems.
• Process and manage batches with accuracy and proper balancing.
• Execute batch imports, validate results, and resolve exceptions.
• Perform batch reconciliation to align gifts, payments, and financial records.
• Generate and process acknowledgments (letters, emails, receipts).
• Build and deliver advanced reporting.
• Create sophisticated, segmented lists for direct mail and digital fundraising.
• Maintain data integrity through quality checks and SOPs.
• Adhere to delivery processes and data handling policies.
• Ensure work meets commitments and security requirements.
• Document work performed in required systems.
• Identify and elevate risks or scope concerns.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers to prioritize work.

• Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders regarding status, priorities, risks, and dependencies (added "clients and")

• Document work performed and outcomes in required systems
• Identify and elevate risks or scope concerns

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and peers to prioritize work
• Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and quality leveraging AI and automation wherever possible
• Support onboarding of new services or processes as Managed Services evolve

Experience And Skills

• Excellent client-facing skills and experience, including a high proficiency in written and spoken English
• 2-4 years of experience as a Program Specialist/Manager (Individual Contributor), Service Delivery Consultant (commonly referred to as a Business Consultant), or Analyst in similar domain
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a delivery-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM or fundraising platforms
• Experience in nonprofit , mission-driven, or CSR/social-impact organizations (added ", CSR/social-impact" — a well-understood India-market category)
• Familiarity with subscription-based or managed-services delivery models (was: "SOW-based or subscription service delivery models" — removed the "SOW" keyword)
• Advanced Excel or reporting skills (Power BI is a major plus)
